Another newbie here....

Hello everyone, I'm a new member in this awesome community. I'm so glad to be here. My name's Andy and I'm from Buffalo, New York. Just came across the site while searching on the net for some info's. I've read some posts in here that are very interesting and valuable so I've decided to join in. I hope I'm welcome in here.

I would like to welcome you Andy. I replied to your previous Post and now I understand why you brought the subject up of 'Tipping.'  In America, I've been told Tipping is almost a ritual, so most likely I wouldn't be very popular in America as I very rarely give anyone a Tip, for to get me to return as a customer you'd have to give me good service

in the UK we only really tip restaurant staff and that depends on the service we get. and it's not part of the bill
