got a new watch
« on: 13 March 2008, 21:57:10 »
it's  a Casio analogue watch, but it updates the time automatically, either from the German Radio Time standard (DSF) or The British one (MSF) that's quite handy.

Oh that's cool.  I could have done with one of those last weekend when we had the time change!

What happpened to the watch David gave you - that not good enough?

Sunlight streams through the window pane
unto a spot on the floor...
then I remember,
it's where you used to lie,
but now you are no more.

My watch has an alarm but it's at a pitch that I can't hear.  My wife could hear it OK but not me.  It also has a stop-watch, but the problem is, if you forget to switch it off, the battery soon runs down  :angry1:

This has a stopwatch and alarm also. I will never use the stopwatch and very rarely the alarm. I do like the fact I won't have to worry about setting the time on it.
